Exhibitors of Z and intec can participate in the PURCHASING DAYS free-of-charge.

Prices for non-exhibitors:

Prices do not include VAT.

Participation Conditions

If a participant cancels after February 18, 2011 or verifiably fails to show up for a meeting at the PURCHASING DAYS event area (verification by the meeting partner left waiting), a cancellation fee of EUR 200.00 plus the applicable VAT will be charged. These cancellation fees also apply to exhibitors who fail to show up for a meeting or cancel the meeting(s) after February 18, 2011.

The invoice will be sent by Leipziger Messe GmbH together with the schedule of appointments made. Payment must be received before the trade fair begins, otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will be permitted to take part in the talks.
Should an arranged meeting not take place for reasons which are beyond the control of the supplier, then the supplier will be reimbursed for the respective processing fee.

Disclaimer of liability: Leipziger Messe organizes the PURCHASING DAYS and coordinates the meetings. It shall not held responsible if a buyer and a supplier fail to conclude a transaction or if a transaction is concluded, that it is carried out as agreed upon.
